I got a house!

Here's my house!  2 story, single family home in 

Central Alameda.  Deck leads to the house's main

entrance.  

This house is just one block over and one block

up from where I am currently renting a yellow

cottage.  

These are photos I took at the Open House.  I

will probably close on the house towards the start

of summer (approx. June 20 / summer solstice).

Pass the dip and bring the nacho's....fill my

champagne glass to the top!

Upstairs has about 910 sq. ft of living space

Downstairs has about 800 sq. ft. of living space

with a laundry area and garage.  Downstairs needs

some finishing touches!

Let me mention that there is a hot tub!

The upstairs of the home is currently a 1+ BR with potential

for expansion....so the upstairs has a great sized bedroom

painted lavender (hey, it works for me, did you notice all the

lavender/purple in my current apt? I'm very subtle about it

though -- shower curtain here, window treatments there!) The

home has a "plus" room for an office nook room/guest room.  

side yard needs some tending to...veggie garden?

kitchen leads to the living room.  Lots of light!

Ever since I have rented in Alameda for the past 3.5 years, I have come to enjoy the city as my home.  I am fortunate to say I have a house!   Let's give a shout out to my parents, Corinne and Bob!!!
